Terms and Conditions

Physiofit Shetland Ltd Terms and Conditions for Assessment and Treatment

These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with Physiofit Shetland Ltd Privacy Notice and with the Terms and Conditions for the Use of our Website.

Appointment Types

Your first appointment will be a new appointment and any further appointments will be a review appointment. Length of appointments will vary depending on the complexity of the problem. Review appointments are usually shorter. Appointments are made in the name of a specified client, and are not transferable.

If you have a separate condition, this will require a separate new appointment.

If it has been more than 8 weeks since your last appointment, you may require another new appointment.

Appointment Costs

Our costs are advertised and may change from time to time. If you are unsure of the cost or type of appointment then it is your responsibility to ask us at the time of booking your appointment. New appointments will usually cost more than review appointments.

Costs of any equipment you wish to purchase from us is not included in the appointment price.

Arriving at the Clinic

We do not have a receptionist, so please take a seat in the waiting room on arrival. We operate a prompt schedule and will aim to see you at the time of your appointment. A late arrival will mean that your time is reduced, but you may still be charged the full price of treatment. If you arrive late for your appointment then we will try to see you if possible, but if you are more than 10 minutes late then it is possible that you may need to reschedule and be charged for this appointment. Any missed appointments will be charged.
